Before I begin substantive research, comparison, or itinerary design, we’ll agree on the scope of my work and any professional planning fee that applies.
Some of the most important work happens before anything is booked, especially when I’m comparing routes, ships, hotels, cabin categories, pacing, logistics, and the tradeoffs that can change the experience.
You’ll always know what we’re doing together before the planning begins.

Destination, timing, trip length, accommodations, cabin category, transportation, and experiences all affect what a trip will cost. During our initial conversation, we’ll talk about the experience you’re imagining and whether the budget you have in mind realistically supports it.
My goal isn’t to make a trip more expensive. It’s to help you spend where it meaningfully improves the experience and avoid spending where it doesn’t.
