Our Role
We act as a travel advisor, helping you plan, research, and coordinate travel arrangements. We are not an airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, or other travel supplier. Actual travel services (flights, cruises, hotels, tours, and similar) are provided by third-party suppliers under their own terms and conditions, which apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, safety, or quality of any third-party travel supplier's services. Your legal agreement for any booked travel is with that supplier, not with us.
No Payment Processing on This Website
This website does not process payments. All trip costs, deposits, and payments are handled separately through our booking process, not through this site.
Planning Fees
Some custom itinerary planning may involve a professional planning fee, discussed and agreed upon with you before work begins. Planning fees are generally nonrefundable once planning work has started, as they compensate for research, design, and coordination work performed regardless of whether a trip is ultimately booked. Fee amounts and scope will always be communicated to you directly before any fee is charged.
